What do the explanations that appear after the Supreme Court file inquiry mean?
During the Registration Process: This indicates that the file is in the registration phase at the relevant Supreme Court chamber.
In the Preliminary Review: This indicates that the case is in the preliminary examination phase (in cases involving hearings, recording hearing information and issuing summonses; in criminal cases, serving notices, etc., are carried out at this stage).
In the archives: This indicates the stage at which the file is awaiting review by the investigating judge.
In the review: Generally, this indicates that the file is in one of the following stages: examination by the investigating judge, deliberation, issuance of a decision, recording of the decision information and judgment in the file, or awaiting closure in the postal unit. Additionally, files that have been decided and closed for referral to another Supreme Court chamber, such as those resulting from a "Lack of Jurisdiction" decision by the chamber or a "Referral Without Examination Decision" by the Legal Division Review Board, are also shown as under review.
Supreme Court CBS* Sent: This indicates that the case, which was closed by the legal department, has been sent to the Supreme Court Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
Posted: This indicates that the case has been closed in the legal departments and sent to the local court.
In the Delivery List from Apartment to Section (Law): This indicates that the file, sent to the civil law department by the Supreme Court Chief Public Prosecutor's Office as required by legislation or practice, has been closed within the civil law department.
Supreme Court CBS Sent: This indicates that the files in the criminal chambers are either being closed or have been closed and sent to the relevant section of the Supreme Court Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. Similarly, civil cases that, according to legislation or practice, must be sent to the Supreme Court Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, are also shown as having been closed in their respective chambers and sent to the relevant section of the Supreme Court Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
