Supreme Court 9th Civil Chamber, Case No. 2014/811, Decision No. 2015/14090 K.
The plaintiff's employment contract was terminated by the disciplinary board on November 12, 2008, following this petition. The disciplinary board's decision stated that the plaintiff caused disturbances on board and used vulgar language. Although the employer submitted two reports to prove this, they failed to substantiate the content of these reports. Since the employer could not prove a justifiable reason for termination, the termination of the plaintiff's employment contract was unjustified, and the plaintiff is justified in claiming unpaid wages for the remaining period.
