The online land registry system allows you to make an appointment without having to visit the Land Registry and Cadastre Directorates. Individuals who wish to conduct land registry transactions can easily schedule an appointment by dialing 181 from their phones or through the online land registry system.
The General Directorate of Land Registry announced that the online appointment system, implemented as part of the measures taken against Covid-19, allows individuals to easily schedule appointments for land registry transactions.
Applications to the Land Registry and Cadastre Directorates are made through the 'Web-Tapu' system.https://webtapu.tkgm.gov.trRequests for appointments, including those from foreign nationals, can be made through the 'Alo-181' call center or via '‘www.tkgm.gov.tr‘This can be done online at [address].
The statement also indicates that applications submitted without an appointment and not through the "Web-Tapu" system will not be accepted. For applications submitted through "Web-Tapu," the appointment date and time are communicated to the parties via text message, and citizens only need to visit the directorates for the signature phase.
For example, individuals selling real estate can schedule appointments, meet at the land registry office at the appointed time, and complete the sale by only signing documents and making payments.
In addition, officially valid title deeds, mortgage documents, and land registry records can also be obtained through the online land registry system. The online land registry homepage provides detailed information on how citizens can carry out their transactions.
With the latest update, copies of title deeds and property registration certificates can now be obtained online. The fee for a title deed is 66.5 TL, and the fee for a property registration certificate is 14 TL. Citizens can access the Web-Tapu system using their e-government password, initiate title deed transactions, and upload the necessary documents to the system.
