2022 Mediator Fee Schedule | Izmir

Published in the Official Gazette on Friday, December 31, 2021 2022 Mediator Minimum Fee Schedule The 2022 figures for mediation fees have been determined within the scope of this regulation. Article 8 of the regulation sets out the amounts to be paid to mediators within the scope of their duties.

Recipe ARTICLE 8 –

  •  The mediator fees to be paid according to this Tariff are shown below:
    • a) If the mediation process results in a negative outcome at the offer stage; 200-300 TL,
    • b) If the mediation process is successful;
      • 1) In case of reconciliation between 2-3 people, 601-803 TL,
      • 2) In case of reconciliation between 4-6 people, 803-1003 TL,
      • 3) In case of reconciliation between 7-9 people, 1003-1203 TL,
      • 4) In cases where 10 or more people are reconciled, the amount is 1203-1404 TL.,
    • c) If the mediation process results in a negative outcome;
      • 1) If there are 2-3 parties involved, the fee is 300-400 TL.,
      • 2) If there are 4-6 parties involved, the fee is 400-500 TL.,
      • 3) If there are 7-9 parties involved, the amount is 500-601 TL.,
      • 4) In cases where 10 or more people are involved, the fee is 601-700 TL.,
        A fee is paid between them.

If the mediation process concludes successfully;
1) In the case of reconciliation between 2-3 people 481-642 TL,
2) In the case of reconciliation between 4-6 people 642-802 TL,
3) In the case of reconciliation between 7-9 people 802-962 TL,
4) In cases where 10 or more people are reconciled 962-1123 TL,
If the mediation process concludes successfully;
1) In the case of reconciliation between 2-3 people 601-803 TL,
2) In the case of reconciliation between 4-6 people 803-1003 TL,
3) In the case of reconciliation between 7-9 people 1003-1203 TL,
4) In cases where 10 or more people are reconciled 1203-1404 TL,
If the mediation process is unsuccessful;
1) In cases where 2-3 people are involved 240-320 TL,
2) In cases where 4-6 people are involved 320-400 TL,
3) In cases where 7-9 people are involved 400-481 TL,
4) In cases where 10 or more people are parties 481-560 TL,
A fee is paid between them.		If the mediation process is unsuccessful;
1) In cases where 2-3 people are involved 300-400 TL,
2) In cases where 4-6 people are involved 400-500 TL,
3) In cases where 7-9 people are involved 500-601 TL,
4) In cases where 10 or more people are parties 601-700 TL,
A fee is paid between them.
