  • e) Clear summaries, numbered sequentially, of all the facts on which the plaintiff's claim is based.
  • f) What evidence will be used to prove each alleged fact.
  • g) Legal grounds relied upon.
  • g) Clearly a result of demand.
  • h) Signature of the plaintiff, or of their legal representative or attorney, if any.

Competent Court in Divorce Cases

In divorce or separation cases, the competent court is the court of the place of residence of one of the spouses or the court of the place where they last resided together for six months prior to the lawsuit.
