Applications may be submitted to the consumer arbitration board located in the consumer's place of residence or where the consumer transaction took place.
Who can apply to the Arbitration Board?
Under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection, Consumer Arbitration Boards are authorized to examine disputes arising from consumer transactions carried out by natural persons. Within this scope, the parties to the dispute concerning the consumer transaction may file an application.
