What should be included in the Privacy Policy?
A good privacy policy;

- The organization may specify to whom and for what reasons the data may be transferred.,
- How long this personal data will be stored,
- It should cover key topics such as how to contact the organization with complaints and requests.
In addition, the privacy policy may include legal notices regarding links to third-party sites or details about the cookies being used.
Why Should You Have a Privacy Policy?
Almost all developed countries have mandatory privacy policies in their legislation, stipulating that certain texts, under different names, must be available regarding users' personal data. In our country, the Law on the Protection of Personal Data mandates the preparation of an information text for individuals whose personal data is being processed, and the Regulation on Service Providers and Intermediary Service Providers in Electronic Commerce imposes a similar privacy text obligation on those conducting electronic commerce activities.
