Inventory Record Difference

1- DETAILS

While VERBİS only allows categorical data entry in the form of headings, the Inventory must contain this data in detail, including its sub-breakdowns. In some data controllers, an inventory prepared on a spreadsheet might span hundreds of pages, while the Data Controllers Registry will only occupy a few pages on the institution's website.

2- PUBLIC TRANSPARENCY

In accordance with Article 16 of the Law, while the information entered into VERBİS, which is maintained by our Institution and is publicly accessible, can be viewed by anyone who wishes, the Inventory will remain within the data controller's own system and will not be publicly accessible.

3- SHAPE REQUIREMENT
