Privacy Policy Purpose and Scope

Efes Law Firm (hereinafter referred to as "Consultant") We take measures to protect your personal data within the scope of the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (hereinafter referred to as "KVKK" or "the Law"). We process your personal data within the scope of the KVKK and relevant legal legislation, and in our capacity as "data controller," for the reasons and methods explained below.

This Information Text Regarding the Processing of Personal Data has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the KVKK (Law on Protection of Personal Data), titled "Data Controller's Obligation to Inform," to inform you in the most transparent way possible about the identity of the data controller, the method and legal basis for the collection of your personal data, the purpose for which this data will be processed, to whom and for what purpose it may be transferred, the data processing period, and your rights listed in Article 11 of the KVKK. In this context, the personal data listed below is collected from individuals receiving services from the Consultant or from individuals authorized to represent legal entities. The following data is collected within this scope:

Contact Information: This is a set of data that can be used to contact a person (phone number, address, email address).

Identity Data: This is a dataset containing personal information (Name, Surname, Turkish National Identity Number or Tax Identification Number, gender).

Financial Data: This is a dataset containing a person's financial information (bank account number, IBAN number, card information, bank name, financial profile).

Your personal data, limited to the purposes specified in this Privacy Notice; It will be processed in accordance with the data processing and timeout periods in all relevant laws and other legal regulations to which our company and its headquarters and units are subject. In case of changes in the laws regarding data processing periods, the new determined periods will be taken as basis.

Your personal data is processed only for the purposes stated in this Privacy Notice and, in any case, for the duration required by the Company's practices and customary business practices, in accordance with the principle of purpose limitation.
