Yolcu, who integrates the technical and legal aspects of data protection law, holds the CIPP/E (Certified Information Privacy Professional/Europe) certification—Europe’s most prestigious data privacy certification—and the title of Lead Auditor for the ISO 27001:2013 Information Security Management Standard. He serves as a corporate counsel, providing guidance to technology-focused startups during their incorporation, investment rounds, and general meeting processes.

He operates on the principle of “effective and swift resolution” in the settlement of commercial disputes and serves as a specialist mediator and conciliator within the Turkish Ministry of Justice.
