After successfully completing Yaşar University Faculty of Law, Dilek Yavuz Uysal gained experience by working as an intern lawyer and attorney at leading law firms in Izmir. Since March 2019, she has been actively working as a managing lawyer at Efes Law Firm in Karşıyaka.
Attorney Dilek Yavuz Uysal’s primary areas of expertise are lease disputes, labor law, and family law. She frequently handles cases in these areas.
She has written a thesis on “Mobbing” in the field of Labor Law. In addition, in the field of Enforcement Law, she handles enforcement proceedings for the collection of personal and commercial debts, as well as legal measures such as declaratory actions and provisional attachments, and she represents clients in disputes related to enforcement law. In the field of Inheritance Law, the firm primarily handles the dissolution of partnerships and the drafting of inheritance agreements; in the field of Family Law, the firm focuses on divorce cases, the determination of custody and alimony, and the liquidation of property regimes.
She has provided training on the eviction processes for leased properties. She holds certifications in numerous fields. She has been qualified to conduct mediation since 2018 and arbitration since 2023.
She plays an active role in various social organizations. She is a member of the Better Justice and Clean Seas Association. She is an educator at the Turkish Education Volunteers Foundation. Koza Equal Future Platform, where she has been volunteering as a mentor for young girls for years. She also writes a legal column for Haber Ekspres, one of İzmir’s local newspapers.
