The first steps you should take as soon as you learn you\u2019ve been laid off will lay a strong foundation in your favor for any future legal disputes. In this article, we outline the first steps you should take if your employment contract is terminated, presented in a clear and actionable manner.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-1-is-akdim-neden-feshedildi-hukuki-gerekcesini-tespit-ve-teyit-edin\">1. Why Was My Employment Contract Terminated?
