Bu s\u00fcre k\u0131s\u0131tlanmas\u0131n\u0131n arkas\u0131nda yatan ama\u00e7 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 korumakt\u0131r. Fazla s\u00fcreler ile yap\u0131lan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131nda, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma \u00fccretinin saat ba\u015f\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fen miktar\u0131n\u0131n y\u00fczde yirmi be\u015f zaml\u0131 hali \u00f6denmelidir. Ayr\u0131ca fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma yapt\u0131rmak i\u00e7in \u00e7al\u0131\u015fandan yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak onay al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3-&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Y\u0131ll\u0131k \u0130zin&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">1 \u2013 5 y\u0131l aras\u0131 k\u0131demi olan i\u015f\u00e7iler 14 g\u00fcn, 5 \u2013 15 y\u0131l aras\u0131 k\u0131demi olan i\u015f\u00e7iler 20 g\u00fcn, 15 y\u0131l ve \u00fczeri k\u0131demi olan i\u015f\u00e7iler 26 g\u00fcn y\u0131ll\u0131k izne hak kazan\u0131rlar. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131n y\u0131ll\u0131k izin haklar\u0131n\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 s\u00fcre zarf\u0131nda tamamen kullanmam\u0131\u015f olmas\u0131 durumunda, kullanmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 y\u0131ll\u0131k izin haklar\u0131 i\u00e7in i\u015f ili\u015fkisinin sona ermesi durumunda bu izinlerin \u00fccret kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 alabilir. \u0130\u015f\u00e7i taraf\u0131ndan talep edilmesine ra\u011fmen y\u0131ll\u0131k izne hak kazan\u0131lan y\u0131l boyunca izin kulland\u0131r\u0131lmamas\u0131 da hakl\u0131 fesih nedenidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4-&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ulusal Bayram ve Genel Tatil \u00dccreti&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">1 Ocak, 23 Nisan, 1 May\u0131s, 19 May\u0131s, 15 Temmuz, 30 A\u011fustos, 29 Ekim ve dini bayramlar\u0131m\u0131z; ulusal bayram ve genel tatil g\u00fcnleri kabul edilmektedir. Bu g\u00fcnlerde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara bir i\u015f kar\u015f\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 olmaks\u0131z\u0131n o g\u00fcne ait \u00fccretleri tam olarak \u00f6denirken; \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131n tatil yapmay\u0131p da \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmas\u0131 halinde ayr\u0131ca \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131klar\u0131 her g\u00fcn i\u00e7in ekstra bir g\u00fcnl\u00fck \u00fccretleri de \u00f6denmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5-&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Hafta Tatili&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">\u00dclkemizde her \u00e7al\u0131\u015fana 7 g\u00fcnl\u00fck \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresi i\u00e7erisinde en az 1 g\u00fcnl\u00fck (24 saat) izin verilmesi gerekmektedir. E\u011fer, hafta tatili g\u00fcn\u00fcnde \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yorsa, g\u00fcnl\u00fck \u00fccretinin %50 fazlas\u0131 tutar\u0131nda hafta tatili \u00fccreti \u00e7al\u0131\u015fana \u00f6denmelidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6-&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k Tazminat\u0131&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Anayasa kapsam\u0131nda i\u015fveren \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar\u0131na kar\u015f\u0131 e\u015fit davranma borcu alt\u0131ndad\u0131r. Bu kapsamda objektif veya hakl\u0131 bir sebep olmad\u0131k\u00e7a i\u015f\u00e7iler aras\u0131nda farkl\u0131 uygulamalar yapmamal\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130\u015fverenin e\u015fit davranma y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fc ihlal etmesi halinde, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan 4 ayl\u0131k \u00fccreti tutar\u0131nda ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131k tazminat\u0131 talep edebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7-&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;AG\u0130 (Asgari Ge\u00e7im \u0130ndirimi)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">AG\u0130 i\u015f\u00e7ilere uygulanan bir gelir vergisi indirimidir. Bu gelir vergisi indiriminin tutar\u0131; i\u015f\u00e7inin medeni durumuna yani evli veya bekar olup olmamas\u0131na, evliyse e\u015finin \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131p \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmamas\u0131na ayr\u0131ca \u00e7ocuk say\u0131s\u0131na g\u00f6re de\u011fi\u015fiklik g\u00f6stermektedir. Bu indirimin her ay i\u015f\u00e7iye \u00f6denmemesi durumunda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan bedelin \u00f6denmesini talep edebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>8-&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;SGK Primlerinin Tam Yat\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Sosyal g\u00fcvenlik hakk\u0131 i\u015f\u00e7i haklar\u0131 aras\u0131nda vazge\u00e7ilmez bir unsurdur. T\u00fcm sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmetleri sosyal g\u00fcvenlik prim \u00f6demeleri alt\u0131nda verilmektedir. \u0130\u015f\u00e7i eksik primlerinin tamamlanmas\u0131 talebini i\u015f mahkemesinde a\u00e7aca\u011f\u0131 bir \u201chizmet tespiti davas\u0131\u201d ile de talep edebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>9-&nbsp;&nbsp; &nbsp;Mobbing Nedeniyle Tazminat<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify\">Mobbing ile anlat\u0131lmak istenen i\u015fyerindeki duygusal taciz, psikolojik \u015fiddet, d\u0131\u015flama, a\u015fa\u011f\u0131lama, rahats\u0131z etme, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma motivasyonunu, \u00f6zg\u00fcvenini k\u0131rma ve mutsuz etmeye y\u00f6nelik eylemlerdir. Mobbingin i\u015fveren taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi gibi ba\u015fka \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlar taraf\u0131ndan ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilen mobbingi engellememesi de sorumlulu\u011funu ortaya \u00e7\u0131karacakt\u0131r.
