Bedii vasf\u0131 bulunmayan her nevi teknik ve ilmi mahiyette foto\u011fraf eserleriyle, her nevi haritalar, planlar, projeler, krokiler, resimler, co\u011frafya ve topo\u011frafyaya ait maket ve benzerleri, her\u00e7e\u015fit mimarl\u0131k ve \u015fehircilik tasar\u0131m ve projeleri, mimari maketler, end\u00fcstri, \u00e7evre ve sahne tasar\u0131m ve projeleri.<br><em>Aray\u00fcz\u00fcne temel olu\u015fturan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve ilkeleri de i\u00e7ine almak \u00fczere, bir bilgisayar program\u0131n\u0131n herhangi bir \u00f6gesine temel olu\u015fturan d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve ilkeler eser say\u0131lmazlar.<\/em><\/li><li><strong>Musiki eserleri<br><\/strong>Musiki eserleri, her nevi s\u00f6zl\u00fc ve s\u00f6zs\u00fcz bestelerdir.<\/li><li><strong>G\u00fczel sanat eserleri<br><\/strong>G\u00fczel sanat eserleri, estetik de\u011fere sahip olan; <br>1. Her t\u00fcrl\u00fc tiplemelerdir. <br><em>Krokiler, resimler, maketler, tasar\u0131mlar ve benzeri eserlerin end\u00fcstriyel model ve resim olarak kullan\u0131lmas\u0131, d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnce ve sanat eserleri olmak s\u0131fatlar\u0131n\u0131 etkilemez.<\/em><\/li><li><strong>Sinema eserleri<br><\/strong>Sinema eserleri, her nevi bedii, ilmi, \u00f6\u011fretici veya teknik mahiyette olan veya g\u00fcnl\u00fck olaylar\u0131 tespit eden filmler veya sinema filmleri gibi, tespit edildi\u011fi materyale bak\u0131lmaks\u0131z\u0131n, elektronik veya mekanik veya benzeri ara\u00e7larla g\u00f6sterilebilen, sesli veya sessiz, birbiriyle ili\u015fkili hareketli g\u00f6r\u00fcnt\u00fcler dizisidir.<\/li><li><strong>\u0130\u015flenme ve Derlemeler<br><\/strong>Di\u011fer bir eserden istifade suretiyle v\u00fccuda getirilipte bu esere nispetle m\u00fcstakil olm\u0131yan ve a\u015fa\u011f\u0131da ba\u015fl\u0131calar\u0131 yaz\u0131l\u0131 fikir ve sanat mahsulleri i\u015flenmedir: <br>1.
