Zira, i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesi hakl\u0131 ve ge\u00e7erli nedenle olmak \u00fczere iki \u015fekilde sona erdirilebilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-black-color has-text-color\">&nbsp;Hakl\u0131 sebeple i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesini sona erdiren i\u015f\u00e7i i\u015f\u00e7i alacaklar\u0131na hak kazan\u0131rken; i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesini ge\u00e7erli sebebe dayand\u0131rarak sona erdiren i\u015f\u00e7inin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fm\u0131\u015f oldu\u011fu s\u00fcrelere g\u00f6re kanunda belirlenen ihbar s\u00fcrelerine uymas\u0131 gerekmektedir. \u0130\u015f\u00e7inin ihbar s\u00fcresini uyumamas\u0131 ve i\u015ften hemen \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 durumunda i\u015f\u00e7ilik alacaklar\u0131na hak kazanamayaca\u011f\u0131 gibi i\u015fverene ihbar tazminat\u0131 \u00f6demesi de s\u00f6z konusu olacakt\u0131r. Hatta ispat hususunda ve istifan\u0131n tarihine ili\u015fkin sorun ya\u015fanmamas\u0131 ad\u0131na s\u00f6z konusu istifan\u0131n mutlaka noter arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131yla yap\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 tavsiye ederiz. Zira baz\u0131 durumlarda i\u015fverenler i\u015f\u00e7inin yaz\u0131l\u0131 olan istifa dilek\u00e7esini y\u0131rtarak noterden ihtar \u00e7ekerek s\u00f6zle\u015fmesini ben fesih ettim ve \u015fu sebeplerle hakl\u0131y\u0131m diyerek dava a\u00e7abilmektedir. Bunun \u00f6rneklerine uygulamada s\u0131k\u00e7a rastlamaktay\u0131z. Bu sebeple ileride hi\u00e7bir sorun ya\u015famamak ad\u0131na gerek istifa dilek\u00e7esinin i\u00e7eri\u011fini, gerekse istifa dilek\u00e7esinin ula\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihin resmi kay\u0131tlarda olmas\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan noter kanal\u0131 ile istifa dilek\u00e7esini g\u00f6ndermek \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-black-color has-text-color\">Yukar\u0131da yaz\u0131lan hususlar, i\u015ften ayr\u0131lma dilek\u00e7esinde bulunmas\u0131 zorunlu olan unsurlar de\u011fildir.
