What Is a Pre-Information Form?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

The pre-information form is a legal requirement regulated under Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and related regulations; it must be provided by the seller to the consumer before the contract is signed. The purpose of the pre-information form is to prevent consumers from getting lost in long and complex contracts, and to clearly state any malicious terms and conditions before the contract is signed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
