Y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00fccretli izin hakk\u0131ndan vazge\u00e7ilemez.\u0130\u015f\u00e7ilere verilecek y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00fccretli izin s\u00fcresi, hizmet s\u00fcresi;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-list\"><li>a) Bir y\u0131ldan be\u015f y\u0131la kadar (be\u015f y\u0131l dahil) olanlara <strong>on d\u00f6rt<\/strong> g\u00fcnden,<\/li><li>b) Be\u015f y\u0131ldan fazla onbe\u015f y\u0131ldan az olanlara <strong>yirmi <\/strong>g\u00fcnden,<\/li><li>c) Onbe\u015f y\u0131l (dahil) ve daha fazla olanlara <strong>yirmi alt\u0131 <\/strong>g\u00fcnden,<br>az olamaz.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Yer alt\u0131 i\u015flerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan i\u015f\u00e7ilerin y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00fccretli izin s\u00fcreleri d\u00f6rder g\u00fcn artt\u0131r\u0131larak uygulan\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Ancak, onsekiz ve daha k\u00fc\u00e7\u00fck ya\u015ftaki i\u015f\u00e7ilerle elli ve daha yukar\u0131 ya\u015ftaki i\u015f\u00e7ilere verilecek y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00fccretli izin s\u00fcresi yirmi g\u00fcnden az olamaz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"yillik-izin-uygulamasi\">Y\u0131ll\u0131k \u0130zin Uygulamas\u0131<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-list\"><li>\u0130\u015fveren, y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00fccretli iznini kullanan her i\u015f\u00e7iye, y\u0131ll\u0131k izin d\u00f6nemine ili\u015fkin \u00fccretini ilgili i\u015f\u00e7inin izine ba\u015flamas\u0131ndan \u00f6nce pe\u015fin olarak \u00f6demek veya avans olarak vermek zorundad\u0131r.<\/li><li>Y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00fccretli izin i\u015fveren taraf\u0131ndan b\u00f6l\u00fcnemez.<\/li><li>Y\u0131ll\u0131k izin s\u00fcreleri, taraflar\u0131n anla\u015fmas\u0131 ile bir b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc on g\u00fcnden a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 olmamak \u00fczere b\u00f6l\u00fcmler halinde kullan\u0131labilir.<\/li><li>\u0130\u015fveren taraf\u0131ndan y\u0131l i\u00e7inde verilmi\u015f bulunan di\u011fer \u00fccretli ve \u00fccretsiz izinler veya dinlenme ve hastal\u0131k izinleri y\u0131ll\u0131k izne mahsup edilemez.<\/li><li>Y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00fccretli izin g\u00fcnlerinin hesab\u0131nda izin s\u00fcresine rastlayan ulusal bayram, hafta tatili ve genel tatil g\u00fcnleri izin s\u00fcresinden say\u0131lmaz.<\/li><li>Y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00fccretli izinleri i\u015fyerinin kurulu bulundu\u011fu yerden ba\u015fka bir yerde ge\u00e7irecek olanlara istemde bulunmalar\u0131 ve bu hususu belgelemeleri ko\u015fulu ile gidi\u015f ve d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015flerinde yolda ge\u00e7ecek s\u00fcreleri kar\u015f\u0131lamak \u00fczere i\u015fveren toplam d\u00f6rt g\u00fcne kadar \u00fccretsiz yol izni vermek zorundad\u0131r.<\/li><li>\u0130\u015fveren taraf\u0131ndan i\u015f s\u00f6zle\u015fmesinin feshedilmesi halinde bildirim s\u00fcresi ile i\u015f\u00e7iye verilmesi zorunlu yeni i\u015f arama izinleri, y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00fccretli izin s\u00fcreleri ile i\u00e7 i\u00e7e giremez.<\/li><li>\u0130\u015fveren, i\u015fyerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan i\u015f\u00e7ilerin y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00fccretli izinlerini g\u00f6sterir izin kay\u0131t belgesi tutmak zorundad\u0131r.<\/li><li>\u0130\u015f\u00e7i hak etti\u011fi y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00fccretli iznini, kullanmak istedi\u011fi zamandan en az bir ay \u00f6nce i\u015fverene yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak bildirir.<\/li><li>Ayn\u0131 tarihe rastlayan izin isteklerinde; i\u015fyerindeki k\u0131dem ve bir \u00f6nceki y\u0131l iznini kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarih dikkate al\u0131narak \u00f6ncelikler belirlenir.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"yillik-izin-hesaplamasina-dahil-edilen-sureler\">Y\u0131ll\u0131k \u0130zin Hesaplamas\u0131na Dahil Edilen S\u00fcreler<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">A\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki s\u00fcreler y\u0131ll\u0131k \u00fccretli izin hakk\u0131n\u0131n hesab\u0131nda \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015f gibi say\u0131l\u0131r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-list\"><li>a) \u0130\u015f\u00e7inin u\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131 kaza veya tutuldu\u011fu hastal\u0131ktan \u00f6t\u00fcr\u00fc i\u015fine gidemedi\u011fi g\u00fcnler (Ancak, \u0130\u015f Kanunu 25 inci maddenin (I) numaral\u0131 bendinin (b) alt bendinde \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclen s\u00fcreden fazlas\u0131 say\u0131lmaz.).<\/li><li>b) Kad\u0131n i\u015f\u00e7ilerin do\u011fumdan \u00f6nce ve sonra \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmad\u0131klar\u0131 g\u00fcnler.<\/li><li>c) \u0130\u015f\u00e7inin muvazzaf askerlik hizmeti d\u0131\u015f\u0131nda manevra veya herhangi bir kanundan dolay\u0131 \u00f6devlendirilmesi s\u0131ras\u0131nda i\u015fine gidemedi\u011fi g\u00fcnler (Bu s\u00fcrenin y\u0131lda 90 g\u00fcnden fazlas\u0131 say\u0131lmaz.). <\/li><li>d) \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmakta oldu\u011fu i\u015fyerinde zorlay\u0131c\u0131 sebepler y\u00fcz\u00fcnden i\u015fin aral\u0131ks\u0131z bir haftadan \u00e7ok tatil edilmesi sonucu olarak i\u015f\u00e7inin \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmadan ge\u00e7irdi\u011fi zaman\u0131n onbe\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc (i\u015f\u00e7inin yeniden i\u015fe ba\u015flamas\u0131 \u015fart\u0131yla).<\/li><li>e) \u0130\u015f Kanunu Madde 66 kapsam\u0131nda d\u00fczenlenen \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma s\u00fcresinden say\u0131lan haller <\/li><li>f) Hafta tatili, ulusal bayram, genel tatil g\u00fcnleri.<\/li><li>g) R\u00f6ntgen muayenehanelerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlara pazardan ba\u015fka verilmesi gereken yar\u0131m g\u00fcnl\u00fck izinler.<\/li><li>h) \u0130\u015f\u00e7ilerin arabuluculuk toplant\u0131lar\u0131na kat\u0131lmalar\u0131, hakem kurullar\u0131nda bulunmalar\u0131, bu kurullarda i\u015f\u00e7i temsilcili\u011fi g\u00f6revlerini yapmalar\u0131, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma hayat\u0131 ile ilgili mevzuata g\u00f6re kurulan meclis, kurul, komisyon ve toplant\u0131lara yahut i\u015f\u00e7ilik konular\u0131 ile ilgili uluslararas\u0131 kurulu\u015flar\u0131n konferans, kongre veya kurullar\u0131na i\u015f\u00e7i veya sendika temsilcisi olarak kat\u0131lmas\u0131 sebebiyle i\u015flerine devam edemedikleri g\u00fcnler.<\/li><li>\u0131)  \u0130\u015f Kanunu Ek 2 nci madde kapsam\u0131nda \u0130\u015f\u00e7iye;
