Bir ba\u015fka deyi\u015fle \u0130YS, Ticari Elektronik \u0130leti&nbsp;onay\u0131 al\u0131nmas\u0131na, reddetme hakk\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131lmas\u0131na ve \u015fikayet s\u00fcre\u00e7lerinin y\u00f6netilmesine imkan tan\u0131yan bir sistemdir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What is a commercial electronic message?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Any type of commercial communication conducted by natural and legal persons through electronic communication tools for the purpose of promoting, marketing their goods and services, or increasing the recognition of their business in line with their commercial activities.&nbsp;<strong>commercial electronic communication<\/strong>&nbsp;It is called.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Customers must also give their consent before sending commercial electronic messages such as congratulatory messages and greetings, which are intended to increase brand awareness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IYS Registration Obligation<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-list\"><li>Ticari elektronik ileti&nbsp;g\u00f6ndermek isteyen ger\u00e7ek ve t\u00fczel ki\u015filer&nbsp;\u0130leti Y\u00f6netim Sistemi&nbsp;(\u0130YS)&#8217;ne kaydolmak zorundad\u0131r. \u0130lgili y\u00f6netmelik kapsam\u0131nda i\u015fletmeler yaln\u0131zca sistem \u00fczerinden onay\u0131 al\u0131nan al\u0131c\u0131lara ticari elektronik ileti g\u00f6nderilebilecektir.<\/li><li>\u0130leti Y\u00f6netim Sistemi&nbsp;\u00fczerinden al\u0131nmayan onaylarda, onay\u0131n al\u0131nd\u0131\u011f\u0131na dair ispat y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc, hizmet sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131ya aittir.&nbsp;\u0130YS&#8217;den&nbsp;al\u0131nmayan onaylar, hizmet sa\u011flay\u0131c\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan 3 g\u00fcn (i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc) i\u00e7inde&nbsp;\u0130YS&#8217;ye kaydedilmek zorundad\u0131r.&nbsp;\u0130leti Y\u00f6netim Sistemi&nbsp;kaydedilmeyen onaylar ge\u00e7ersiz say\u0131lacakt\u0131r.<\/li><li>Al\u0131c\u0131, reddetme hakk\u0131n\u0131&nbsp;\u0130leti Y\u00f6netim Sistemi&nbsp;\u00fczerinden de kullanabilecektir. \u015eikayet ba\u015fvurular\u0131,&nbsp;\u0130YS&nbsp;\u00fczerinden \u00f6n incelemeyle de\u011ferlendirilecektir.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">IYS Registration Dates<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-black-color has-text-color\">\u0130\u015fletmeler, 1 Ocak 2021&#8217;ye kadar mevcut izinlerini \u0130leti Y\u00f6netim Sistemi&#8217;ne y\u00fcklemek zorundad\u0131r.
