A\u015fa\u011f\u0131da detayl\u0131 olarak belirtti\u011fimiz \u00fczere, kamuda &#8220;hizmet akdi&#8221; ile \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan s\u00fcrekli i\u015f\u00e7iler ve kadroya ge\u00e7en ta\u015feron personeller ilave tediye hakk\u0131ndan yararlanmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-kimler-ilave-tediyeye-hak-kazanir\"><strong>Who is eligible for the additional payment?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Law No. 6772 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mevzuat.gov.tr\/MevzuatMetin\/1.3.6772.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Law on Making Additional Payments to Workers Employed in State and State-Affiliated Institutions<\/span><\/a>The scope of additional payments is regulated under Article 1;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list has-black-color has-text-color\">\n<li>Institutions and organizations in which more than half of the capital is owned by the state,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Public economic enterprises,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>General and supplementary budget institutions,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Special budget administrations,<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Municipal and provincial administration workers employed under &quot;service contracts&quot;.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-black-color has-text-color\">Those civil servants listed above who work exclusively in underground operations of mining companies shall receive a salary proportionate to the length of time they work in these jobs. <strong>An additional payment equivalent to one month&#039;s entitlement is also made for each year.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ayr\u0131ca, yukar\u0131da belirtmi\u015f oldu\u011fumuz ilave tediyelerden ayr\u0131 olarak, <strong>Cumhurba\u015fkan\u0131 karar\u0131 ile i\u015f\u00e7ilere her y\u0131l i\u00e7in bir ayl\u0131k \u00fccret tutar\u0131n\u0131 ge\u00e7memek \u00fczere ayn\u0131 nispette bir ilave tediye daha \u00f6denebilir.<\/strong> Yasal uygulamada kamu i\u015f\u00e7ilerine her y\u0131l 26&#8217;\u015far g\u00fcnl\u00fck iki taksit halinde (toplamda 52 g\u00fcnl\u00fck) ilave tediye \u00f6demesi ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-black-color has-text-color\">In addition to the supplementary payments mentioned above, another supplementary payment, not exceeding one month&#039;s salary per year, may be made by presidential decree.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-ilave-tediye-alacagina-iliskin-zamanasimi-ve-hak-arama-sureci\">\u0130lave Tediye Alaca\u011f\u0131na \u0130li\u015fkin Zamana\u015f\u0131m\u0131 ve Hak Arama S\u00fcreci<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"h-\">Kamu i\u015f\u00e7ileri ve kadroya ge\u00e7en ta\u015feron personeller i\u00e7in ilave tediye hakk\u0131 emredici kanun h\u00fckm\u00fc ile g\u00fcvence alt\u0131na al\u0131nm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu \u00f6demelerin hi\u00e7 yap\u0131lmamas\u0131, eksik hesaplanmas\u0131 veya geciktirilmesi durumunda i\u015f\u00e7ilerin yasal haklar\u0131n\u0131 arama yetkisi bulunmaktad\u0131r. \u0130lave tediye alacaklar\u0131 \u00fccret niteli\u011finde oldu\u011fundan <strong>5 y\u0131ll\u0131k zamana\u015f\u0131m\u0131 s\u00fcresine<\/strong> tabidir.
