Sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmeti sunucular\u0131 da kendilerine intikal eden i\u015f kazalar\u0131n\u0131, yetkilendirilen sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmeti sunucular\u0131 ise meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 tan\u0131s\u0131 koyduklar\u0131 vakalar\u0131 en ge\u00e7 on g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kurumuna bildirmekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-black-color has-text-color\">Article 26 of the aforementioned Law stipulates that administrative fines will be imposed on those who fail to fulfill these obligations, and the amount of these administrative fines varies for employers according to the number of insured employees in the workplace and the risk class of the workplace. These administrative fines are increased annually in accordance with the revaluation rate, effective from the beginning of each calendar year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-personelin-meslek-hastaligi-ile-karsilasmasinin-sonuclari-nelerdir\">What are the consequences of an employee encountering an occupational disease?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">If an employee&#039;s illness or disability is recognized as an occupational disease by the relevant institutions, certain financial benefits will be provided to the employee, or some limitations on covering the cost of treatment for non-occupational illnesses will not apply in this case.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">The main rights provided by occupational accident or occupational disease insurance are as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Employees will receive a daily disability allowance during their period of temporary incapacity for work.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing permanent disability benefits to the employee.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing income to the beneficiaries of personnel who die as a result of a work-related accident or occupational disease.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Providing a marriage allowance to daughters who are eligible for income support.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Funeral allowance for personnel who die as a result of work-related accidents or occupational diseases.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Meslek Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131nda \u0130\u015fverenin Tazminat Sorumlulu\u011fu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n tespiti durumunda, Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kurumu taraf\u0131ndan sa\u011flanan yard\u0131mlar\u0131n yan\u0131 s\u0131ra i\u015f\u00e7inin i\u015fverene kar\u015f\u0131 dava a\u00e7ma hakk\u0131 sakl\u0131d\u0131r. \u0130\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi \u00f6nlemlerini yeterince almayan, i\u015f\u00e7iyi meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131na maruz kalaca\u011f\u0131 \u015fartlarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131ran i\u015fverenin kusuru oran\u0131nda <strong>Maddi ve Manevi Tazminat Sorumlulu\u011fu<\/strong> do\u011far. \u0130\u015f\u00e7i veya i\u015f\u00e7inin vefat\u0131 halinde hak sahipleri; i\u015f g\u00f6remezlik tazminat\u0131, tedavi giderleri ve ya\u015fanan a\u011f\u0131r s\u00fcre\u00e7 nedeniyle manevi tazminat talepli olarak \u0130\u015f Mahkemesinde dava ikame edebilirler.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Meslek Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 Tazminat Davas\u0131 Zamana\u015f\u0131m\u0131 S\u00fcresi Nedir?<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131na dayal\u0131 olarak a\u00e7\u0131lacak maddi ve manevi tazminat davalar\u0131nda <strong>10 y\u0131ll\u0131k zamana\u015f\u0131m\u0131 s\u00fcresi<\/strong> uygulan\u0131r.
