Meslek Hastal\u0131klar\u0131 &#8211; 2013<\/a><\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Meslek Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n Unsurlar\u0131 Nelerdir?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Bir hastal\u0131k veya engellilik halinin meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 say\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-list\"><li>S\u00f6z konusu personelin sigortal\u0131 olmas\u0131,<\/li><li>Hastal\u0131k veya engellilik durumunun i\u015fin niteli\u011fi sonucu ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131,<\/li><li>Personelin rahats\u0131zlanmas\u0131 veya fiziksel yada psikolojik olarak engelli bir hale gelmesi,<\/li><li>Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n &#8220;\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma G\u00fcc\u00fc ve Meslekte Kazanma G\u00fcc\u00fc Kayb\u0131 Oran\u0131 Tespit \u0130\u015flemleri Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi&#8221;nde yer almas\u0131 ve ilgili mevzuatta d\u00fczenlenen s\u00fcre i\u00e7erisinde ortaya \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131,<\/li><li>Meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n Kurum Sa\u011fl\u0131k Kurulunca tespit edilmesi,<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">unsurlar\u0131n\u0131n bir arada ger\u00e7ekle\u015fmesi gerekmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u0130\u015fverenin Meslek Hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 Bildirme Y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-black-color has-text-color\">\u0130\u015fyeriniz b\u00fcnyesinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmakta olan personelin meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131na yakalanmas\u0131 halinde, i\u015fverenlerin bu durumun \u00f6\u011frenildi\u011fi g\u00fcnden ba\u015flayarak <strong>\u00fc\u00e7 i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7erisinde<\/strong> sosyal g\u00fcvenlik il m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc\/sosyal g\u00fcvenlik merkezlerine bildirim yapma y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fc s\u00f6z konusudur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Bildirim Y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcn\u00fcn Yerine Getirilmemesi Durumunda Yapt\u0131r\u0131m<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-black-color has-text-color\">6331 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanunun 14. maddesi uyar\u0131nca i\u015fveren, sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmeti sunucular\u0131 veya i\u015fyeri hekimi taraf\u0131ndan kendisine bildirilen meslek hastal\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131, \u00f6\u011frendi\u011fi tarihten itibaren \u00fc\u00e7 i\u015f g\u00fcn\u00fc i\u00e7inde. Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kurumuna bildirmekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr.  Sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmeti sunucular\u0131 da kendilerine intikal eden i\u015f kazalar\u0131n\u0131, yetkilendirilen sa\u011fl\u0131k hizmeti sunucular\u0131 ise meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 tan\u0131s\u0131 koyduklar\u0131 vakalar\u0131 en ge\u00e7 on g\u00fcn i\u00e7inde Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Kurumuna bildirmekle y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcd\u00fcr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-justify has-black-color has-text-color\">An\u0131lan Kanunun 26 nc\u0131 maddesinde s\u00f6z konusu y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fcl\u00fcklerini yerine getirmeyenlere idari para cezas\u0131 uygulanaca\u011f\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f, uygulanacak idari para cezas\u0131 miktar\u0131 da i\u015fverenler a\u00e7\u0131s\u0131ndan i\u015fyerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan sigortal\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131na ve i\u015fyerinin tehlike s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131na g\u00f6re farkl\u0131la\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
