However, encountering various problems during this process is now commonplace. Knowing your rights in the event of delays or flight cancellations will undoubtedly make things much easier for you. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Passenger Rights in Case of Flight Cancellation: In the event of a flight cancellation, the airline operating the flight has the following rights:;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"has-black-color has-text-color wp-block-list\"><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Refund:<\/span><\/strong> For the part or parts of the journey that were not undertaken, and for the part or parts of the journey that were completed if it is no longer meaningful for the passenger to complete the planned journey, <strong>The full ticket price will be refunded within seven days at the latest; in addition, a free return flight will be provided to enable the passenger to return to their point of origin as soon as possible.<\/strong>,<\/li><li>&nbsp;<strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Route Change:<\/span><\/strong> Under similar transport conditions, a route change to the final destination should be arranged at the earliest opportunity.,<\/li><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Date Change:&nbsp;<\/span><\/strong>Depending on seat availability, the route may be changed to a later date at the final destination, under similar transportation conditions, as deemed appropriate by the passenger.<\/li><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Alternative Transportation Proposal:<\/span><\/strong> Where a city or region is served by more than one airport, if the airline operating the flight offers passengers with confirmed bookings a flight to an alternative airport, the airline operating the flight shall...,<strong> Covering the cost of transferring the passenger from that alternative airport to the airport where the reservation was made, or to another nearby destination agreed upon by the passenger.,<\/strong><\/li><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Meeting Food and Drink Needs:<\/span><\/strong> Depending on the waiting time, and free of charge, reasonable amounts of hot and cold beverages will be provided for delays between two and three hours; and hot and cold beverages, along with breakfast or a meal depending on the time of day, will be provided for delays between three and five hours.,<\/li><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Addressing Communication Needs:<\/span><\/strong> Passengers are offered two free phone calls, fax messages, or emails without time restrictions.,<\/li><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Right to Accommodation:<\/span><\/strong> In cases where the route is changed and the expected departure time of the new flight is one or more days after the scheduled departure time of the cancelled flight; in cases where one or more nights&#039; accommodation becomes necessary, or where additional accommodation is required for the passenger, accommodation in a hotel or suitable lodging facility and transportation between the airport and the lodging place (hotel or similar) should be provided.,<\/li><li><strong><span class=\"has-inline-color has-vivid-cyan-blue-color\">Obligation to Provide Information on Alternative Transportation Methods:<\/span><\/strong>  When passengers are informed of a cancellation, the airline operating the flight is obligated to inform them of possible alternative transportation options.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Passenger Rights in Case of Flight Delay<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">The airline operating the flight, from the scheduled departure time of a flight,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table is-style-regular\"><table class=\"has-fixed-layout\"><thead><tr><th>Postponement Conditions<\/th><th>Passenger Rights<\/th><\/tr><\/thead><tbody><tr><td><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.efeshukuk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Adsiz_tasarim__22_-removebg-preview.png\" alt=\"Favicon\" style=\"width: 15px;\"> <span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">For domestic flights shorter than 1500 kilometers (including 1500 km), two hours or more,<\/span><br><br><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.efeshukuk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Adsiz_tasarim__22_-removebg-preview.png\" alt=\"Favicon\" style=\"width: 15px;\"> For flights between 1500 and 3500 kilometers (including 3500 km), three hours or more.,<\/span><br><br><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.efeshukuk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Adsiz_tasarim__22_-removebg-preview.png\" alt=\"Favicon\" style=\"width: 15px;\"> For flights longer than 3500 kilometers, four hours or more,<br>In the event of a delay, the company is obligated to offer passengers the following options.<\/span><\/td><td><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"15\" height=\"15\" class=\"wp-image-1298\" style=\"width: 15px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.efeshukuk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Adsiz_tasarim__22_-removebg-preview.png\" alt=\"Favicon\" srcset=\"https:\/\/efeshukuk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Adsiz_tasarim__22_-removebg-preview.png 500w, https:\/\/efeshukuk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Adsiz_tasarim__22_-removebg-preview-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/efeshukuk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Adsiz_tasarim__22_-removebg-preview-150x150.png 150w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 15px) 100vw, 15px\" \/> <span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\">During delays of two to three hours, reasonably hot and cold beverages will be provided.,<\/span><br><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.efeshukuk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Adsiz_tasarim__22_-removebg-preview.png\" alt=\"Favicon\" style=\"width: 15px;\"> For delays of three to five hours, hot and cold beverages and breakfast or a meal depending on the time of day will be provided.,<\/span><br><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.efeshukuk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Adsiz_tasarim__22_-removebg-preview.png\" alt=\"Favicon\" style=\"width: 15px;\"> For delays of five hours or more, hot and cold beverages, breakfast or a meal depending on the time of day, additional hot and cold beverages, and an additional light snack will be provided.<\/span><br><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.efeshukuk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Adsiz_tasarim__22_-removebg-preview.png\" alt=\"Favicon\" style=\"width: 15px;\"> Additionally, passengers must be offered two free phone calls, fax messages, or emails without time restrictions.<\/span><br><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.efeshukuk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Adsiz_tasarim__22_-removebg-preview.png\" alt=\"Favicon\" style=\"width: 15px;\"> If the expected departure time falls on a day or days following the previously announced departure time;<br>\u2013 Accommodation in a hotel or suitable lodging facility in cases where one or more nights&#039; stay becomes necessary, or where additional accommodation is required for the passenger.<br>\u2013 Providing transportation between the airport and the accommodation (hotel or similar) is mandatory.<\/span><br><span class=\"has-inline-color has-black-color\"><br><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.efeshukuk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/Adsiz_tasarim__22_-removebg-preview.png\" alt=\"Favicon\" style=\"width: 15px;\"> If the delay is at least five hours, and the uncompleted portion(s) of the journey, or the portion(s) completed, are no longer worthwhile, the full ticket price will be refunded within seven days at the latest, either in cash or via electronic bank transfer, bank payment orders, bank checks, or, with the passenger&#039;s signed agreement, in the form of travel vouchers and\/or other services; furthermore, a free return flight will be provided to enable the passenger to return to their initial point of departure at the earliest opportunity.<\/span><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Passengers&#039;
