Ne Kadar S\u00fcre \u0130\u00e7erisinde Ba\u015fvurulmal\u0131d\u0131r?<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>T\u00fcketici Hakem Heyetleri<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">Consumer Arbitration Committees were established in provincial centers and in district centers whose qualification requirements are determined by regulation in order to find solutions to disputes that may arise from consumer transactions and consumer-oriented applications and to protect consumer rights within the scope of Law 6502 on the Protection of Consumers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">6502 Say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun Madde 66- (1)<em> Bakanl\u0131k, t\u00fcketici i\u015flemleri ile t\u00fcketiciye y\u00f6nelik uygulamalardan do\u011fabilecek uyu\u015fmazl\u0131klara \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcm bulmak amac\u0131yla il merkezlerinde ve yeterlilik \u015fartlar\u0131 y\u00f6netmelikle belirlenen il\u00e7e merkezlerinde en az bir t\u00fcketici hakem heyeti olu\u015fturmakla g\u00f6revlidir<\/em>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:49px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hangi T\u00fcketici Hakem Heyeti Yetkilidir?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-black-color has-text-color\">T\u00fcketici Hakem Heyetleri Y\u00f6netmeli\u011fi kapsam\u0131nda hangi hakem heyetinin yetkili oldu\u011fu d\u00fczenlenmi\u015ftir. Bu kapsamda; \u0130l t\u00fcketici hakem heyetleri il s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde, il\u00e7e t\u00fcketici hakem heyetleri ise il\u00e7e s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131 i\u00e7inde yetkilidir. T\u00fcketici hakem heyeti kurulmayan il\u00e7elerde Bakanl\u0131k\u00e7a o il\u00e7e i\u00e7in belirlenen t\u00fcketici hakem heyeti yetkilidir.
