Log in to the e-Government system and search for \u201cPublic Institutions \u2013 Ministry of Justice\u201d in the search bar. On the B page that opensB , click the \u201cCourt Case File Inquiry\u201d button; the resulting search will show whether there is a case file under the person\u2019s name. From here, you can view only basic information regarding the case file. However, for more detailed information, you can follow the method below to log in via the Citizen UYAP system and review the documents contained within the case file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Alternatively, you can visit the website https:\/\/vatandas. uyap.gov.tr\/edevlet.uyap or log in to the Citizen UYAP system via the button below. Some of the legal documents you download through the system may be in UDF (UYAP Document Editor) format. This is a file format used for these legal documents, and you may need to install the necessary software on your computer to view them. You can view files in UDF format by downloading the UYAP Document Editor from the https:\/\/uyap.gov.tr\/UYAP-Editor website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
